General Shipping Information

Orders ship out within 1 business day!* All orders placed before 10 AM EST will be shipped out the same day. All orders placed after this time will ship out the next business day (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have any questions about your shipment, our team is happy to help! Free U.S Shipping

  • Free U.S. Shipping for all orders over $50!
  • To qualify for free shipping, your order total must exceed $50 after all discounts, coupons, and taxes are applied.
  • You must select the "Free Shipping" option at checkout to receive free shipping.

International Shipping Rates

  • Free International Shipping for all orders over $100 USD!
  • We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and the U.K. For orders under $100 USD, each country has it's own flat rate* (see chart below).

International Shipping Policy

  • International orders ship within 2 business days of ordering.
  • All International orders will be shipped via either UPS or FedEx.
    • Delivery estimates vary depending on shipping location and range between 1-2 weeks. Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped.
  • Due to the high cost of shipping Internationally, we are unable to refund orders, replace items, or accept returns. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within your estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@toptierbeads.com with your name and order number so that we can gather information regarding your order.
